We are aiming to produce 400 show-bags for the night, so we have leftovers.

Guest List

A call for all students to submit a list of industry partners and IBL employers. Details should include names, emails, addresses and contact numbers. A formal invitation will be distributed by Swinburne via email.

A generic invitation will be distributed for individuals to invite friends and family.

Any students who discontinued the course would be welcome to attend the exhibition, please forward their details to me so they can be invited.

  • Printing (to be done 6-8 weeks before the exhibition) Aim for Friday the 9th of October,

  • Talk to sponsorship group about funding for printing.

Sponsorship Manager

Michelle R

  • Beer for opening night
  • Further suggestions for sponsor ship: Printing, Screens/Projects for multimedia display, transportation of equipment and work.


Multimedia Manager

Zeina A

  • Hiring of projector and screen OR hiring computer or TV screen
  • Communication with graphic design team on presentation layout
  • Communication with exhibition team on number of screens projectors etc required (I think last year they had two LCD screens)
  • Collection of students work


Set-Up

  • Will be at 11am on Saturday the 5th of December (may be subject to change)
